Our Courses

IOSH Managing Safely

Securing the Commitment of Managers and Supervisors. What makes Compassa different to most of IOSH training providers is the style of training and how this helps secure the personal commitment of managers and supervisors who attend.

Health & Safety for Committee Members

The H&S Committee is one of the core groups at the centre of employee consultation and decision-making. It’s important that each member of the H&S Committee has a foundation of health and safety knowledge so the whole group can contribute effectively.

Incident & Accident Investigation Training

Our one-day Incident and Accident investigation training will give the delegates the opportunity to investigate an accident in a table-top exercise which lasts around two thirds of the day.

NEBOSH General Certificate

A 12-day course designed to secure exceptional pass rates for yourself or your staff. This is combined with additional materials to help people develop their skills, both in health and safety and management, leadership, and communication.

IOSH Working Safely

Securing the Commitment of your Staff. Our unique style of training focuses on helping people understand the impact of their decisions, and encourages them to take personal responsibility of their own safety and that of their colleagues.
